The Head of School, will oversee the policy’s implementation. Regular evaluations through feedback surveys, peer reviews, and student performance indicators will ensure the effectiveness of professional development activities.

We also acknowledge and reward staff members actively engaged in professional development with certificates, awards, and opportunities for career advancement.
